Cricket West Indies (CWI) and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have entered into a five-year agreement to ensure that the two teams play bilateral T-20 series annually during the period.
The announcement was made by the PCB Chairman Najam Sethi at a press conference in Lahore, the eastern city of Pakistan.
“ West Indies will now arrive in Pakistan in March to play a series against Pakistan “, Najam Sethi said.
CWI has confirmed that its team will tour Pakistan next year to play three Twenty20s on March 29, 31, and April 1.
The PCB hosted the finalS of the Pakistan Super League earlier this year and then successfully hosted a three-match series against World X1 in September last.
Najam Sethi said that the renovation of Karachi’s National Stadium for Pakistan Super League (PSL) final will be completed in February,
He said that audit of PSL 1 has been complete whereas the audit process for the second edition of the cricket league is in progress..
